BATech Trace

Know which samples became patients.

BATech Trace™ is our analytics product for SampliFi First Fill™. Manufacturers send their samples to SampliFi Pharmacy instead of doctors' offices. Each patient gets a full first prescription, free. Trace follows every unit to a patient start: who prescribed, in which territory, who started, and who came back for a paid refill.

Security is how we build.

The controls go into the data model before anything is built. Once a system is live, we keep monitoring it.

Security and compliance for Trace

  • Runs on SOC 2 Type II-audited cloud infrastructure.
  • HIPAA-ready: we sign a Business Associate Agreement and handle protected health information under HIPAA safeguards when a project requires it.
  • Formal SOC 2 reporting for BATech engagements is arranged per project.

  • Consent tiers. A record is used only as far as the consent behind it allows.
  • Small groups hidden. On live program data, any group under 11 is withheld in every view, answer and board. The demo shows every simulated count.
  • Least-privilege access, and an audit log of every access.
  • No raw identifiers sent to the AI model. The assistant works from governed data.
  • Hardened under attack. A bot filter written for a product that gets attacked daily, a sender that will not send without a signed authorisation on file, entitlements that cannot be talked past.

Who do you build for?

Pharma brand and commercial teams first: Trace shows which samples became patients, and Watch finds the sites pretending to be you. The same parts go into systems for operators whose data is scattered, and for teams with a regulator who need controls a reviewer can check.

Do we have to build with BATech after the System Analysis?

No. The findings are yours whether or not you build with us.

Who owns the system?

What you own and what we license is written into the scope before anything is built.

What does it cost?

The System Analysis is priced after a short call. The map it produces gives each recommended build its estimated cost, and the monthly retainer's minimum term is set by the analysis.

Do you replace the systems we already run?

No. We build on the systems you already run, under the controls your sector demands.
