Title slide for Northbank Design Co. The studio's own wordmark sits top left on a warm off-white ground, with a block of the studio's red stepping down the right-hand side and the title set in a geometric sans. The same room drawn twice in ink and pencil on warm paper: bare construction lines on the left, the finished room with joinery, a window seat and a lamp on the right. Across it, "We design the room before we design the sign." Three figures on a red ground: 19 rooms opened, 11 weeks median from first sketch to first customer, 4 disciplines under one roof. A four-stop curve titled "How a project runs": Survey, Direction, Draw, Make, each with a sentence beneath it. "Four disciplines, one studio floor", with a hand-drawn view down the studio beside it: drawing boards, a joinery bench stacked with timber, a shelf of material samples and a table of printed proofs, all in one room. Title slide for Salt and Ember, a restaurant. A near-black cinematic frame with a single wood fire burning in an open kitchen hearth and a chef silhouetted against it; the name set in a high-contrast serif at the lower left. A magazine-measure slide titled "Why a second room, and why this one", with a standfirst and four short points in two columns. A dated timeline: lease signed October 2026, fit-out November to January, soft opening February 2027, full service April 2027. Two facing columns comparing the room the restaurant has today with the Wharf Street site, the second column filled in the restaurant's own ember red. A quote from a local paper review set beside a photograph of the restaurant full at service: warm lamplight, every table taken, plates going out. Title slide for Halden Partners, a consultancy. Fine translucent planes on a deep blue-black ground compounding into a rising curve, with one cobalt accent; the firm's name set beneath in a grotesque. A numbered agenda on white, four rules and four lines, numerals set in the firm's teal. A bar chart of fee income from 2021 to 2026, the final bar picked out in teal against amber, with a figure caption above it. A closing slide on a deep blue-black ground: a structure of thin pale verticals in which two stand forward, brighter than the rest, beneath "The board is asked to approve two hires."

How long a deck takes

4min40sec

Median, timed from pressing generate to the file arriving. Forty-six of the fifty-eight landed inside six minutes; the slowest took twenty-four. The full distribution, and the method.

Three steps, and you are looking at your own deck.

Nothing to install. There is no template to pick, no theme to configure and no brand kit to upload. Your website already has everything we need in it.

01Paste your link

One field, and one sentence about what the deck is for. No account yet, nothing to download, and no card at any point in this step.

02See what we found, before anything is made

This is the product. We read your site and put what we took from it on the screen — your colours with their hex values, your logo as a file, the fonts your pages are set in, and a short reading of how you write. Every field is editable before a single slide is generated. It is the step that decides whether the deck is yours or a template with your name on it, so it is the step we show you rather than the one we do quietly.

Logo found The Northbank Design Co. wordmark: an arch mark beside the word NORTHBANK. Lifted at full resolution, on a transparent ground
Type found A geometric sans, set tight, over a humanist sans for reading
How they write Short sentences. Concrete nouns. Never says “bespoke”.

Those five values are the ones that produced the Northbank deck at the top of this page. Nothing about it was chosen by hand.

03Download a real .pptx

A finished deck, written for your business, with the speaker notes already in the notes pane. It opens in PowerPoint, in Keynote and in Google Slides, and you can change every word of it.

Three businesses. One pipeline. No shared look.

The whole difference. Every deck on this page was built by the same code on the same afternoon, and nothing in any of them was designed by hand. What changed was what we read off each business.

Northbank Design Co.A design and interiors studio, pitching its capabilities

A studio is judged on the deck as much as on the work in it, so the type gets big, the brand colour runs at full strength and whole pages are given over to one sentence.

Geometric sans · full-strength colour
Northbank's statement slide: black type on a full red page reading "We design the room before we design the sign."

Salt & EmberA wood-fired restaurant, asking a bank for a second site

This one gets read on a train rather than presented, so it is set like a magazine — serif over serif, wide margins, no cards and no chrome. The same engine, told to behave like a page rather than a pitch.

Serif over serif · magazine measure
Salt and Ember's timeline slide: four dated stops from lease signing to full service, set on cream in a serif.

Halden PartnersAn operations consultancy, reviewing a quarter for its board

A board came to see evidence. So: a grotesque set tight, one accent used sparingly, real rules instead of boxes, and the numbers given the largest type on the page.

Grotesque · one accent · rules not boxes
Halden Partners' chart slide: six bars of fee income on white, the final year picked out in the firm's teal.

You can edit it. It is a .pptx.

Not a PDF. Not a page on our website and not a picture of a deck. Open it, move a slide, change a word, delete the two you do not want. Where a slide carries a speaker note, that note is in the notes pane where you expect it.

Most people assume generated work arrives locked, and it is the single most common reason someone decides not to bother. So here is the slide above, cut along its own construction lines — and below it, everything the file is actually made of.

Northbank Design Co.'s title slide: the studio's wordmark top left on warm off-white, a short red rule, the title on two lines, a caption beneath it, and a band of the studio's red down the right-hand third.
Cut along its own construction lines: a logo plate, a rule, two lines of title, a caption, and the colour field stepping down the right-hand side. In the file every one of those is a box you can select, move or delete — which is the whole of what "you can edit it" means.
ppt/slides/ One part per slide, each a document you can edit 8 partsreal
slide1.xml The title slide above: four shapes, four text boxes, one picture 9 objectsselectable
ppt/slideMasters/ Master, layout and theme — your colours bound to the theme slots 3 partsyours
ppt/notesSlides/ Speaker notes, on the slides that were given one 1 partin the notes pane

That is the manifest of the Northbank deck at the top of this page — 31 parts, 8 slides, nothing edited after the pipeline produced it. We do not put the sample files up for download: a .pptx contains its own master and theme, so the file is the design. The one you can keep is the one built on your brand, and signing up is enough to get it.

Ten free, then a dollar a credit.

One currency. Everything the Studio makes is priced in credits, and during the alpha a credit is one dollar rather than five. A branded document is ten of them and a slide deck is twenty-five. You are given ten when you sign up, so the first document is genuinely on us.

Every figure on this page is an indicative estimate, not a quote. What a piece of work costs is shown to you before you spend anything, and what you pay is confirmed at checkout. Prices can change; the number on the screen at the moment you press the button is the one that counts.

Or we make it properly. From $1,500 — indicative — a person does the art direction and the pipeline drafts underneath them. That is the agency rather than the product, and it starts with a conversation instead of a checkout. Talk to us about that instead →

Ten credits to start with.

That is one whole branded document — enough to watch the thing run end to end and keep what it makes, before you decide anything.

There is no form and no password. Tell us the company and what you want the first deck to be about. We open the account, put the ten credits on it, and send you the sign-in — so there is nothing for you to configure and nothing to remember.
